Highly experienced designer and fashion educator with over 25 years in academia. He brings a global perspective to fashion education in Pakistan, having contributed to design pedagogy at IFA Paris (Shanghai), China. His expertise covers pattern making, draping, portfolios, and concept development. Aiming to create an industry-relevant, internationally competitive curriculum that prepares students for both the local and global fashion industries. He spent four years at IVS putting his pedagogical approach into practice with the thesis students.

Amina began her career in 2005 with atelier crafting bespoke pieces. She designed projects for various brands and also created numerous costumes for the television and film industry.
Additionally, Amina is associated with the NGO The Ra'ana Liaquat Craftsmen's Colony (RLCC), where she contributes to designing interventions focused on sustainability.
With 20 years in professional practice and 12 years in academia, Amina's passion lies in translating insights from the practical world to her students. She is dedicated to bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application, ensuring her students are well-prepared for their careers.

Mannal Jayyad Dar is a fashion designer and entrepreneur. Her areas of expertise encompass Fashion Illustration, Pattern Making, and Draping. Her teaching career commenced in 2015, and she has been sharing her passion for fashion ever since. Beyond that, Dar is a dynamic entrepreneur, managing her own clothing line and home decor business.

Maria Fazal is a Textile Designer and Educationist. Since 2015, she has been associated with several institutions where she teaches specialized courses, including Techniques and Processes, Print Design, Surface Embellishment, Business Planning and Application, Managing Entrepreneurial Ventures, and Marketing courses.

With over 18 years of teaching experience across various design institutes, Khan has expertise in a wide spectrum of areas, including weaving, printing, surface embellishments, textile jewelry. Beyond academia, Khan has collaborated with numerous NGOs, contributing to craft intervention initiatives. She is currently working as Head Designer at Bonanza.

Mir is a visual artist. She has been displaying her work in prominent art galleries in Pakistan and internationally. With a keen interest in painting, Mir creates dynamic family portraits employing a unique aesthetic language. In addition to her artistic pursuits, Mir has been a devoted art educator.

A highly accomplished textile professional with Al Karam Textiles (2001-2016). In 2016, she made a transition to the education sector, sharing her extensive knowledge and expertise with aspiring designers. Simultaneously, Akram has ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing a brand specializing in innovative textiles, including weaving, print, and embroidered embellishments.

Razin Rubin is a visual artist. Rubin has been actively showcasing her artwork, both in Pakistan and the United States. Additionally, Rubin has been an integral part of the Vasl Artists’ Association since 2017, where she serves as a Project Coordinator. She has been a member of the design faculty at ITC since its inception.

Shagufta Hameed is an accomplished instructor in CAD and Computer Fundamentals. Applying her skills, she embarked on a career at Zellbury, as a Textile Designer for three years. Subsequently, Hameed joined GulAhmed-Ideas as a senior Textile Designer till 2022.
Hameed’s unwavering commitment to education, coupled with her industry experience, positions her as an invaluable asset to the ITC community.

Sibtain commenced her career as a fashion designer. Her entrepreneurial passion led her to launch her fashion label, SHENANNZ, based in Pakistan, the UK, and Switzerland. Sibtain’s fashion collections have been exhibited and showcased at prestigious platforms, including Montreux Moda and Globus-Switzerland.As an educator, she aims to bridge the gap between industry and academia.

Following her education, Abdulla pursued a career in the visual arts field. Since 2007, she has been associated with teaching at various design institutions in Karachi, where she has offered courses related to fashion, art history, and computer-aided design.

Iqbal Ahmed is a senior architect and designer with four decades of experience in the dynamic world of design and architecture. He specializes in calligraphy, portraits, model making, 3D modeling, sculpture, steel and wood crafting. Mr. Ahmed’s illustrious journey in the field began in 1983, and since then, he has been dedicated to the craft of transforming spaces into functional and visually captivating environments.
