Jump into our Drawing & Painting short course and master the basics of sketching and a variety of painting techniques! You’ll dive into blending, rendering, drawing from observation, landscape painting, and still life. Get ready to turn your creative dreams into reality!
Learning Outcome:
- Developing an understanding of the characteristics and structure of objects through a range of drawing techniques.
- Application of paint to render the form.
- Ability to identify the elements of art and construct three-dimensional form on a two-dimensional plane.
The students will be able to:
- Understand the mixing and application of values and colour.
- Understand the nature of different mediums.
- Effectively describe objects, figures, and space through a range of drawing media.
- Improve hand-eye coordination and observation skills through life drawings, still life and observation.
